Day 1: Pick up
Upon your arrival, you will be met from the Entebbe International Airport by our company driver guide who will transfer you to your Hotel. .
Day 2: Transfer to Semuliki
This morning you will drive heading west of Kampala through Mubende. You will spot the famous Nakayima tree as you proceed to the mythical Garden of Eden “Semuliki Valley”. You will be rewarded with views of the magnificent Semuliki River that flows in to the Albert Lake and the glacial peaks of the Rwenzori Mountain.
Upon your arrival embark on a community visit where you will explore farming practices by the locals. Retire for dinner and overnight at Semuliki safari lodge BLD

Day 3: In Semuliki Valley
After breakfast drive off to the geothermal hot springs of Sempaya where you will be rewarded with views of the female spring that lies on the edge of the Semuliki forest and the Male spring reached by a trail through the beautiful palm forest and a boardwalk across the hot swamp. You may spot the graceful sitatunga besides the bird life in the area.
After your lunch, visit the Batwa of Semuliki. This entails a visit to the Pygmies living on the forest edge at Ntandi where you will hear the Batwa story that will give you an insight of their origin and explore in to their culture. Transfer to Fortportal for dinner and
overnight at Mountains of the Moon Hotel BLD

Day 4: Explore Fortportal
Adventure in to the Toro culture with a visit to the Kingdom palace after your breakfast and get exposed to the historical heritages of the kingdoms with further exposure; visit the royal burial grounds at the Karambi royal tombs. After your lunch visit the magnificent crater lakes in the region. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: In Kibale National Park/Chimpanzee trek
Early breakfast,transfer to Kibale Forest, report to the park headquarters for a briefing session about the chimpanzee tracking code of conduct from a UWA official. Thereafter you will be led in to the forest by an armed ranger guide as you experience tracking of the chimpanzees in their natural habitant. You may spot other primates in the trails during the chimpanzee tracking.
Possible sightings may include the vervet colobus monkey and the red tailed colobus monkey among others. After your lunch, visit the Bigodi village, overnight at Primate lodge

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park driving past the Rwenzori Mountains, game drive on your way to the lodge. In the afternoon embark on a launch cruise long the Kazinga channel that will further reward you with wildlife sightings. Expect to see the Hippopotamus, waterbucks, crocodiles, warthogs, elephants, buffalos, hyenas and a variey of bird life for example the African Skimmer, Shoebill, White Naped Pigeon, Forest Flycatcher, Rwenzori Turaco, Chapin’s Flycatcher, Pink Backed Pelicans, Verreaux’s Eagle Owl among others.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge
Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Day 7: Game drive/Katwe Salt Lake
Early morning game drive in the Kasenyi area of the park, return to the lodge for breakfast, then visit the Katwe explosion craters that will reward you with views of the Kyemendo crater and Lake Kitagata. In the afternoon visit the one of the villages.
Dinner and overnight in your lodge at Mweya safari Lodge

Day 8: Transfer to Mbarara / Lake Mburo
Today after your breakfast, leave Queen Elizabeth for the acacia rangelands of the Ankole Kingdom to learn about the Ankole culture. You will visit the Palace of the Ankole Kingdom that will expose you to the historical cultural ornaments and reward you with an insight in to the Ankole culture. Expect to see the long horned cows that are dominants in the region and you may get a chance of digging in to the Bahima culture who are renowned cattle keepers.
Transfer to Lake Mburo to overnight at Mantana Tented Camp

Day 9: Lake Mburo
This morning take a guided safari walk in Lake Mburo, game drive. In the afternoon take a boat ride along Lake Mburo and you will be rewarded with various sightings of species like waterbucks, reedbucks, hippos, crocodiles, common duiker, oribi, buffalo among others. Dinner and overnight at Mantana luxury tented camp

Day 10: Departure
Depart Lake Mburo after breakfast and drive back to Kampala with a stopover at the Equator where you will experience being both in the northern and southern hemisphere at the EQUATOR. There are craft shops here you buy some souvenirs at this spot. Thereafter proceed to Entebbe airport to connect with your departure flight out of Entebbe
